About Step to booking :
We understand traveling to a new country is hard so here is a step-by-step guide to make it easier for you. Any additional questions you can ask us via email or WhatsApp located on the contact us page on the website:
- Book your flight (Airport code is CTG) and hotel. We have a host hotel located on the website. Make sure you click on the link from our website so you can be included into the group.
- Have your Party Pass booked to be in the group text blast to be up to date on any changes or updates regarding the trip.
- Once you land in Cartagena you can use Uber or catch a cab to Hyatt hotel. They know English well, but a picture of the address of the hotel or the hotel name will suffice. Once checked in if you are booked under the group the hotel will give you the wristband for the group provided you have a party pass.
- You will get info on where to meet every morning for excursions and meetup places with time.
- You will also get updates on any nighttime spots and where to be. Some places have lines, but the wristband will get you in.
- We have a designated Covid test person that will come to you so getting a test to go home is not a problem.
- Getting back to the airport is a breeze. The hotel will designate you a cab to get you once requested.
- Anything we missed just shoot us an email or send us a message on WhatsApp. Info located on the “Contact Us” page.
- Complete your Frequent Traveler Form for arrival to and departure from Colombia via Check-Mig. (link the words "frequent traveler form" to https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/public/preregistro.jsf)
